These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rawloomapparel website and any purchase you make from us. Rawloomapparel is operated by Rawloom Shop. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. We sell only to customers in the United States and ship only to US addresses.

2. Products, pricing and images

• All products are subject to availability. Product descriptions, prices and images may change without notice.
• Product images are for illustration. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings.
• We work to keep information accurate, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors at any time. If an order is affected by such an error, we may cancel it and issue a full refund.
• All prices are in US dollars (USD). Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; it does not mean we have accepted it. We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, for reasons including limited stock, a failed or unverified payment, suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you in full to your original payment method.

4. Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order only before it enters processing or shipment, by emailing [email protected] with your order number. There is no cancellation fee. 5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, product designs, marks, images and layout, is owned by or licensed to Rawloom Shop and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

6. Prohibited conduct

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems or its data
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the site
• Scrape, harvest or copy site content by automated means
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of Rawloom Shop or anyone else

7. Disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification

This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Rawloom Shop for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rawloom Shop from claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of California, where Rawloom Shop operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration where permitted by law. Either party may still bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
