If a tee, hoodie, long sleeve or pair of sweatpants from Rawloomapparel is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free: once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date and must be unused, unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.

- Final sale or clearance items (if any)
- Perishable goods
How to return an item
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to return.
- Wait for approval. Every return must be approved by our support team first; items sent back without approval may be refused.
- Receive your instructions and free prepaid return label. Our team replies within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the items securely and ship them using the prepaid label. Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund is issued.
- We inspect the returned items when they arrive.
- We issue your refund and confirm it by email.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we process your refund within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need additional time before the credit appears on your statement.
Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless required by law or the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. Our Size Guide can help you choose.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another suitable solution at no cost to you.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Order cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they enter processing or shipment. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. There is no cancellation fee, and approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped, please follow the return process above.
